Dawn is a very good real estate agent. While she was helping me find my house she made sure I was looking at houses in my price range and that the house had everything that I wanted! I was worried about the added expense of purchasing new appliances. Knowing this, Dawn was able to negotiate with the other agent which resulted in the seller leaving the brand new washer and dryer in the house so that I didn’t have to buy them. Closing on a house almost never goes according to plan so when the seller looked at us and said “I was ready to close last week.” Dawn gave me a signal that she was going to handle this and said to him “We would have if we had all the information that we needed”, followed by her huge smile and signature laugh! She’s the best real estate agent you can have if you’re a first time home-buyer!
